Share a food memory:

Charlene: My mum told me she realised I could eat spicy food at the age of 3 when she fed me with hot & sour glass noodle on a train. Although I could not remember that meal, it is very memorable! Can't live without spicy food.

Linda: Chongqing hotpot has always been my first choice of birthday dinner since I came to London. It gives me a lot more happiness of eating than any Michelin star restaurants. I’ve got so many happy memories of eating hotpot with families and friends. It’s a fantastic way of gathering people together and enjoy the best combination of spicy taste of all kinds of raw food.

Most underrated Chinese ingredient:

Different types of red chilli and numbing peppercorn.
